It was an unbeatable location short walk to the Tung Thu beach, and Cat Bi airport. I randomly popped in Napoli Pizza serving some pastries, located just a short stroll away from the hotel, it was nice. Bright a double room was comfy.

During our stay at Pamela Angel - Hotel Elite, we had a few teething problems. The design of the bathroom didn't allow the water to flow away, resulting in flooding every time we showered. The window in our room also didn't fully shut, which was a bit of a nuisance. Additionally, our room was slightly noisy because it was located near the lift. However, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They assisted us with any issues we had and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also great, and our room was bright and comfortable once we sorted out the hot water issue. despite the initial problems, we had a decent stay at this new hotel.
